Service Technician
Current• Organise and review dispatches with third-party logistics and handle associated administration.• Manage all onsite servicing in Auckland including fortnightly visits to Hamilton sites.• Schedule and perform daily runs including customer site visits to provide both service and customer support.• Install and repair hygienic equipment such as washroom dispensers, hygienic disposal items and air fragrances.• Diagnose technical issues and recommend proper solutions.• Regularly clean and sanitize existing client equipment including waste management.• Conducted training on device installation and maintenance to other service technicians.• Receipting and dispatching deliveries.• Processing and packing parcels/pallets of goods.• Liaising with couriers and other staff.• Manage daily operations of the warehouse.• Helped in creating the company’s service manual.
