❖ Improved failing brand standards: ➢ Consistently improving ParLevels, was at 1.25 in the beginning, finished at 3.5 level. Checked with vendors on getting equipment replaced, fixed and new ideas for products and chemicals.❖ Replacing and cutting cost:➢ Replacing the all purpose andwindow cleaner to the new multi disinfectant cleaner, replacing fabric scent with Biocare rust and yellowing prevention.❖ Improved Training & Safety:➢ Taking pictures for visual guideof room set up, correct set up and in multi language usage with all product and information.➢ Taking pictures of the chemicals we use including in laundry, the usage and description of the chemical and of course multi language with color and laminated, these are set up in the office and all filling/laundry stations.➢ Buying Microfiber towels with the color chemical (Red/Pink for bathrooms, Blue for all non-bathroom surfaces), prevents cross contamination.

❖ Help oversee the evening cleaning, assisting them and providing communication on our workload/projects/events.❖ Working with contractor labor as 90%of the school district uses contractor labor. Obtained additional LED lighting added for outside lighting to improve visibility and safety.❖ Received cleanest facility in the district by the Administration and Operations Department.

❖ 1200 ROOMS & UNION HOTEL❖ Designed and implement PowerPoint slides on every chemical we use with every language in our department. ❖ Managers are able to put on the tv screens in the morning as a slide, we use this as training, OSHA compliance, and Union-agreements.

❖ Supervised & Managed 2 schools consisting of 3 buildings, grounds, irrigation, and snow removal. Managed the day-to-day operations of a school ensuring an effective and responsive staff for emergency and routine requirements at the assigned facility.❖ Working with UNION employees and working within UNION contracts.❖ Got all parking lots and exterior lights including roof lights, switched to LED lighting from previous bonds, which helped improve visibility and safety. Requested without costing the school additional charges for extra lighting in dark areas and converting all bulbs to LED.

❖ Pushed the hotel to go more sustainable: guest amenities refilling bottles, as much items recyclable, switch all lighting to LED, buying higher MERV filtration, microfiber rags, using green cleaning products. ❖ Enforced OSHA guidelines, improving safety and health standards. ❖ Improve over all guest cleanliness, guest rooms, and bathrooms scores. In the last 6 months scores were contiguously 100%, but when hired in the 60’s.

❖ Managed 30 buildings and 20 people on campus, making sure all buildings are held to a standard, providing excellent customer service, as well within 6 months all buildings were deep clean.❖ Developed and Implemented Quality Assurance for campus laundry facilities.❖ Received awards and letter of recommendations, of my work by providing five star customer service.
