• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and reporting weekly matrices related to the performance of equipment, with specific focus on operations within quality specifications. • Worked with third-party providers to import and integrate external data, and generate content feeds for use at other hot fill facilities.• Interacted with SPC, PLC and HMI equipped machinery. • Duties required a thorough understanding of TPM process (Total Productive Maintenance) to improvement and or eliminate losses (ex. SRCs & RCA (Simple Root Cause and Root Cause) Analysis, TE (True Efficiency), 7 Step process etc. • Co led on Six Sigma projects that had a result of up to $600,000 in cost saving. • Assisted on a Black Belt project with expected result of 2.3 million in plant savings that could be implemented in other PepsiCo hot fill facilities.
