Having been promoted to the supervisor title in May of 2019, I took care of providing direction to the staff that I supervise on any given day. Every day we took care of hundreds of customers, provided customer service, handled any concerns that may occur on the job, and worked as a team to get our multiple tasks done. Working here provided one with a sense of belonging to a strong, hardworking team.

I worked with a team under a supervisor each shift, making sure to create delicious beverages (fruit, herbal, and milk teas) for customers. Asides from just cooking the boba, I was also the barista and worked at the cash register. I gained the skills typical of a customer service job and applied what I learned to future positions and everyday life.
