I am the co-founder of InProperty Consulting and started the business as a way to help others source well-suited, high quality investment property.We identify prime locations for investment, advising individuals on strategy, and supporting them throughout the whole process. In addition to conducting our own in-house research, we engage a third party organisation to research Australia’s highest growth suburbs and find the most suitable areas for investing.We provide clients with a diverse range of properties in which to invest based on the individual’s strategic intent. The properties we source are completed, semi- complete or off-the-plan, and each and every one of our properties undergoes rigorous research by a third-party specialised organisation. Our due diligence reports provide added peace of mind to our clients. If we do not have a suitable property available, our experienced team undertakes detailed research to seek out an appropriate property. Our formula combines research, education, and strategic planning advice. We offer additional services to further ensure a smooth journey to our clients realising their property investment ambitions.We also provide mortgage broking services, property management services, act as buyers agents and general property consulting to developers and individuals.

This role involved marketing, management, advertising and sale of property. As manager I was responsible for a team of agents, ensuring that all projects were properly marketed. To that end motivating agents and all staff members to maintain their enthusiasm in each project was imperative. In so far as the marketing side of the role was concerned, I initiated, developed and maintained off the plan sales campaigns including public relations aspects and compiling all sales material. Administratively I liaised with lawyers and purchasers in respect of contracts for sales keeping them informed at all times as to progress and attending to all matters required to completion stage, attending to defects lists and liaising with the builder and purchaser in respect of any outstanding defects.

As the sole Licensee for the Company I was responsible for overseeing staff development including but not limited to hiring sales staff. On the sales and marketing side, I was responsible for marketing property, developing and maintaining the client database, building strategic alliances with investment advisors, financial planners, accountants, solicitors, high net-worth clients and organizations as well as professional associations. It researched development projects throughout the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane market and compiling and producing “Due Diligence” reports on each individual project and development that to be marketed by the sales and marketing group.On the property management side, I was responsible for liaising with both landlords and tenants, strata managers and body corporate entities. Attending to all other matters associated with leasing and property management generally.I initiated and was instrumental for the production Company Procedures manuals including the Property Sales Manual, Property Management Manual and the Company Accounting Manual
