The London School of Economics Consultancy Project with Save the Children UK aimed to examine how the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the shift to localization and capacity strengthening within the humanitarian assistance community. A particular focus was placed on SCUK's online learning resources, including the Humanitarian Leadership Academy's Humanitarian Operations Programme.Final report published in partnership with Save the Children UK on ReliefWeb and ALNAP.
