Updated two mobile apps (for event organizers and ambassadors/street teams) with new UI assets. Designed a number of upcoming features from early wireframing to tech doc/developer handoff. Performed UX evaluations of features pre-launch.

Constructed wireframes of upcoming features using Figma and Sketch, including reserved seat map creation, video-on-demand functionality, and event creation user flow. Created technical documentation in Confluence for current and upcoming features. Wrote numerous help center articles in preparation for AppSumo partnership and increased traffic. Gave feedback on current apps through Jira and on UX team wireframes in InVision.

Designed, developed, tested, and hired artists for board games. Performed a broad range of game-related UX tasks, including writing instructions and creating components that are easy to understand and use. "Happy Daggers" and "Tiny Trainwrecks", my first games, were released in November 2015. Ran convention booth at an indie game convention in December 2015 and October 2016, supervising small team of volunteers and selling most of my stock of both games. "Stand Back, Citizen!", my third game, was released in June 2018. I currently run a blog providing thought leadership on tabletop game design, focused on player psychology and experience design.

Oversaw company blog and moved it from guest post-based system of content management to interview-based, saving significant time across the company and generating posts from a broader array of departments. Ran Pardot email outreach program for upcoming trade show appearances and webinars. Organized effort to replace email outreach program with a more robust software. Vetted numerous trade shows for submission to CEO, many of which were approved. Updated blog, news, and events pages through WordPress. Proofread RFIs and similar documents for grammar, punctuation, word choice, and sentence flow, often with a time limit of a few hours.

Created premade Magic: the Gathering deck to promote new "Brawl" game format. I communicated with other contractors to offer feedback on each others' premade decks, as well as with supervising game designers to meet requests based on in-house playtesting. The deck was designed to both play well out of the box and provide a stepping stone for players to upgrade it into something more powerful, and it was received well during the Magic: Arena preview event in early September.

Created carefully tagged database of scientific research materials in EndNote, enabling manager to accurately inventory library. Using Adobe Photoshop, polished numerous wildlife photos to sellable quality and added them to digital storefronts. Managed YouTube page, adding videos edited in Adobe Premiere. Developed and managed company website using WordPress.

Placed second out of nearly 8000 applicants in national design competition. Won two rounds of the competition, including a two-hour design challenge onsite. Created cards to fit preexisting standards while pushing design boundaries in a clear, elegant style.

Proctored SAT and ACT exams for individuals and groups of students. Troubleshot issues with testing venues. Sent tests to regional headquarters in Berkeley.

Developed a community assessment tool to evaluate interest for future performances at the Menlo-Atherton Performing Arts Center (PAC).
