Participated in design of drilling systems and management of change requests submitted by Noble Fleet in order to support refurbishment projects throughout Mexico, Brazil, and West Africa.-BOP and Well Control Equipment re-certification supervisor on a deepwater drilling rig, gathering paperwork and building an initial budget for the Scope of Work identified by Inspectors and Subsea Engineers.-Controller in the engineering department for the Management Of Change requests from all Noble rigs.-Asset preservation inspector offshore Drilling rigs, including 42 jack-ups, 4 semi submersible and 4 drillships.-Collaborated with upper management gathering data and creating a comprehensive data system for commercial offshore drilling rigs (rig rationalization project), to make company strategic decisions.

My responsibilities included the review of construction drawings doing material take off for the construction of new builds as well developing gap analysis in between process equipment that need it to be installed onboard the new drilling rigs.
