CurrentResponsible for leading and executing the overall IT strategy and governance and monitoring the IT Financial and SLA Management. Managing and maintaining the department's IT contracts, projects, and budgets. Played a key role in preparing the IPO prospectus, ensuring that the overall IPO readiness of the IT systems and solutions aligned with the directives and guidelines of the Financial Services Authority. Submitted CAPEX proposals to the regulator, the Authority for Public Services Regulation, to enhance and upgrade the IT landscape, which was approved and funded. This proposal was for the business cases submitted for Regulated Asset CAPEX Funding, a significant financial planning and management achievement. Successfully managed and maintained the shared services annual agreement with OQ SAOC, demonstrating my ability to reduce costs and optimize resources, significantly reducing the 2024 shared services cost. Supported the IDS community for business and other core infrastructure projects with contract and project management support. Technical Advisory for the setup of the Integrated Gas Company SAOC IT infrastructure, IT systems, and solutions and the office setup. Advised OQEP and OQBI IDS teams on the planning and execution required to ensure the respective organization's IDS departments are ready for the IPO journey. Informed the teams of the pre-IPO requirements.
