I provide strategic thought partnership by driving inclusive talent management initiatives to support a team and an organization's growth. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to attracting, developing, and retaining professionals that add value and close gaps in their roles. I initiated supporting corporate organizations as a Head Hunter & Organizational Development Consultant. Followed by a consistent career at Teach For Ecuador and Teach For America, both global partners in Education with Teach For All. I founded and developed an organization that would transform Ecuador's education. In 2017, I shifted from recruiting and hiring high-potential candidates to working in Teach For America's strategy, talent, and operations team. In this role, I managed our region's talent initiatives and strengthened our staff experience, learning, and development. I currently sit as the Director, Alumni Collective Impact; I accelerate our network connectivity, communication, and engagement to strengthen our participant's access to leadership opportunities to expand their impact on education. I bring a decade of experience in HR & Organizational Development. I leverage my experience in Education, Design-Thinking, Project Management, and Career Development to successfully facilitate training, onboard & develop talent, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In addition to my role, I sit on the Board of two equity-centered non-profits: Teach For Ecuador and the Tennessee Educators of Color Alliance (TECA).
