05/14- Completed Henkel 27step Lean Enterprise program 02/14- Completed Henkel Sustainability Ambassador program 01/13-Completed St John Ambulance Standard First Aid with CPR A + AE06/12- Henkel Mississauga warehouse achieved the Gold level of the Henkel Safety Star Award program. 02/12- Henkel Mississauga warehouse certified to the ISO 14000 and 18000 standards.02/12 Received Henkel Excellence awards for the catagories of Customer and Finance.The warehouse consolidation project resulted in a savings over $1,000,00 for one business unit.The project was completed with no negative impact to the customer. 02/11-Warehouse Consolidation Project completed within budget and agreed upon time line.Project consisted of the consolidation of five business groups in one facility.This resulted in the number of active warehouses decreasing from four to one. 10/10-Obtained a Level 4 for our 5S program at our Meadowpine warehouse. 05/08-Decommissioned the Etobicoke production site.Within budget and schedule.Point person for all Phase I and Phase II activities. 05/07-Achieved the Gold level for the Henkel Safety Star Award.The Etobicoke facility had operated for 15+ years without incurring a lost time accident. 01/05- As the SAP point person for the Etobicoke production site and our Meadowpine warehouse,we successfully launched SAP. 01/04-Lean Manufacturing program introduced to our Etobicoke Plant.This resulted in an increase in our On Time Delivery rate to 99%.And a less than 1% Customer Disappointment rating.10/01-Gained 100% Market share for the Canadain Beverage Can business. 12/97-Integrated 8 M lbs of production into an existing plant which had historical production volumes of 22M pounds.Task completed in three months,involved the implementation of a second shift,introducing 100 new products to an existing product line of 300 and obtaining additional warehouse space.The project was completed ahead of schedule.
