As a Big Data Engineer, I have successfully spearheaded three major projects, increasing my expertise in Python, Spark, Kafka, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and Airflow. I was responsible of recruiting top tech talents across all of Latin America. In charge of the sourcing, screening and technical vetting of the candidates. I worked mainly with US clients and managed the entire communication regarding the selection process. I also contributed within company with internal mentorship to peers regarding the IT industry, and with external trainings for developers so that they could improve their profiles to better apply for jobs.
