As Senior Business Value Analyst I helped to launch a global team of analysts. I am passionate about leading and mentoring this group of top performers. I continue to design, analyze and build compelling research using qualitative and quantitative methods.

As the pilot Analyst in the Business Value Analyst program at Hootsuite, my role was to bring value to every customer engagement. I was able to grow a small test survey to a compelling data set representing the social media maturity of over 600 organizations (ongoing) globally. Via data-driven insights I was able to achieve well above average success rates.

Calliope + Clio was a lifestyle blog I created to serve as a live learning lab. Via the blog I built knowledge around digital media marketing and analytics. I also used it as a space to learn and experiment with new applications and potential tools to drive continuous improvement in data driven decision making.

Conducted and coordinated research activities for the Knowledge Network Corporation and BBC Kids Canada. This included managing concurrent projects (planning, designing and conducting), identifying trends, recognizing emerging issues and potential problems, and supporting decision-making, strategic planning, external partnerships, scheduling, program development and marketing and communications.

As a Research Assistant in the Bank of Canada's Canadian Economic Analysis Department, my role was to provide technical, background and analytic support for various economic research projects, projections and current analysis. In addition to research and analysis, I participated in interviews of senior management of firms to gather their perspectives on topics of interest to The Bank, including demand and capacity pressures, as well as their forward-looking views on economic activity. The data from industry interviews is key to the Bank's quarterly publication, The Business Outlook Survey.
