Clarifying and documenting customer requirements, developing plans and designs for new infrastructure and supporting a range of systems both on-premises and in the cloud.

Key responsibilities included documenting customer requirements and expectations, adapting a variety of solutions to meet the customers needs, planning and implementing POCs to demonstrate key features and benefits, and presenting project plans and outcomes to clients and internal teams.

The primary focus of the role was providing first level IT support to staff in business and technical areas. Other activities included assisting with development activities, and analysis of data generated by AI systems for continuous improvement.
