Responsible for operations of 502 licensed bed medical center.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 250 licensed bed campus as well as ancillary services for the overall 502 licensed bed GMC-Davenport Medical Center.

•Managed programs of net patient revenue in excess of $150 million, with administrative and operational responsibility for orthopedics, neuroscience, inpatient rehabilitation, radiology, and respiratory services.•Developed integrated spine center between physiatry, pain management, neurosurgeons, and independent orthopedic spine surgeons.•Increased orthopedic total joint replacement surgical cases by 10% and spine cases by 18%. •Initiated $2.8 million in cost reduction through implementing productivity standards at the 25th percentile, and led improved performance in hospital based employed physicians.

•Administrative management, direction and operations coordination for three clinics (15 physicians, 51 FTEs).•Managed FY12 $3.2 million operating budget, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and process improvement/quality initiatives.•Planned $125K clinic expansion for submission in FY13 capital budget to maximize physician productivity. •Provided visionary leadership and transforming culture during a time of system-wide, disruptive change.
