As a Solutions Engineer at Kandji, I work directly with our Solutions, Sales, Support, and Product teams. I share expertise in Apple device management to guide team members to understand the problems we are trying to solve, help customers to understand how Kandji can help them solve complex technical workflows, and resolve any technical challenges that arise in that process. Duties included sales and service of Apple computers and related software through this independently owned Apple Specialist. Provided basic technical support for end users in store and on-site. Performed hardware diagnostics and repairs of iMac, PowerBook and PowerMac computers.
