An Architectural Intern in the Community Design Center, which is part of Montana Stat University's College of Architecture. Working in a team comprised of 9 interns and led by our professor, who was a practicing architect, we were contracted out by Condon, MT to design both a campus with 19 buildings and a 50 year plan to build the campus. The contract was issued by SWI (Swan Vally Initiative)I was responsible for:- Going on-site and measuring a 3 square mile area- Helping in the geographic mapping of the space- Creating initial design concepts of the campus- Designing a Community Center- Researching Montana County Building Code and creating 3 structured layouts for the 50 year building process that depicted who to contact, when to contact them and why they needed to be contacted. This was created in order to lead the SWI through the zoning codes and legal obligations they had to follow within the county- Worked with a team of 4 to create plans, sections, elevations, construction documents and 2-point perspective renderings both by hand and digitally for each of the 19 buildings.- Responsible for re-formatting drawings from various CAD programs into a single file formatSoftware used during this project included Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, Rhino 4.0, 3DS Max, Revit, Microsoft Office and Dropbox. The environment was comprised of Windows, OSX and IOS
