He joined Kimberly-Clark Corporation in 1982 and held numerous Human Resources positions in multiple sectors with focus on talent management, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness over a span of 22 years including Director, Human Resources for all the Kimberly-Clark B2B businesses. In 2004 Randy joined the KC Health Care team and served as Director, Global Performance and Productivity with responsibility for all sales training, customer service, pricing and contract management, demand forecasting, and employee reward programs for the global Sales and Marketing organization. In addition, he successfully led the integration of I-Flow Corporation and Corpak Corporation into Avanos and established a Program Management Office that drove major business initiatives for Owens and Minor. Randy graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS degree in Business Administration and successfully completed the Executive HR program at the University of Southern California.
