Randy leads Acxiom's Global Consulting, Analytics and Email Agency businesses. Leveraging proven, proprietary methodologies, this team serves Acxiom's leading clients with marketing strategy, custom analytics and award-winning creative and campaign execution. He is also responsible for establishing the operational capability to support Acxiom's new Audience Operations System in an integrated fashion across both traditional and new media channels. Randy also has responsibility for the Rapid Innovation Team, which works with market-leading clients and prospects to harvest innovation and accerate the process of commercialization and adoption across Acxiom's global customer base, as well as Sales Support and Acxiom's in-house Studio A.

Randy is responsible for all of Acxiom's business in the financial services industry which includes retail banking, consumer lending, credit card, mortgage, payment processing, investment services, insurance and healthcare. He is responsible for establishing and executing industry strategies and account business plans that allow firms to improve their consumer and small business portfolios by attracting, retaining and growing more profitable customer relationships. This is accomplished by applying Acxiom's vast consumer data, data management and data analytic capabilities to bring enterprise value across all channels and throughout the complete customer lifecycle.

Software for financial planning sold to investment services/brokerage firms and used directly by consumers via the web.

Responsible for a variety of leadership positions including Segment Leader for US Top 50 Banks, Product Marketing and Consulting, and launching new business initiatives related to Call Center consulting and operations and CRM Solutions. Randy also led teams that identified and launched new product and solution ideas in the Financial Services and Telecommunications industries.

Responsible for all retail bank operations including branch, call center and online banking operations for this regional Texas bank. Also led merger and acquisition activity including consolidations and systems conversions. Bank United was eventually purchased by Washington Mutual.

Joined out of college in an Operations Manager Training Program and quickly rose to leadership positions in Check Processing and Bank Operations. Ultimately tapped to participate on the team that launched retail banking in Texas following the acquisition by Chemical Bank. Ended up as retail deposit product manager for the Texas region.
