I directed a joint venture between Trillion and a tower company to use our infrastructure on over 1k sites around the country for collocation by various wireless service providers. I was previously responsible for all site acquisition, permitting and zoning for new builds for the Company; and I was top sales producer as Regional Sales Manager at the start.

I conducted new market field research to produce recommendations to the Board, acquired property for head-end facility, developed and introduced new commercial product offering, and managed the turn around of an underperforming field sales team in one market.

Secured right-of-way agreements to allow the CLEC access to its market in 5 cities in Texas, and negotiated Pole Attachment and Conduit Occupancy agreements with ILECs, Municipalities, and Utilities. Served on the President's Senior Leadership Team after company was acquired by ICG.

Served on President's Senior Leadership team supporting sales in 5 major markets in Texas for this CLEC.

"First guy in" to new markets to secure right of way for build out of new fiber networks to provide competitive access services. Also, negotiated joint-build agreements to speed market entry.
