Activities encompass diversified loan portfolio of classified loans with an initial aggregate balance in excess of $176 million, including construction loans, multi-family residential and mixed use commercial loans, SBA and other business loans, and residential mortgage loans, as well as participations with other lenders. Provide advice to the Bank on regulatory matters, assessment of credit risk and other litigation related to its "classified" loans and participation relationships.In addition to responsibilities for Loan Workout, managed Portfolio Management team from September 2011 to March 2014 and the Loan Operations team from January 2013 to June 2014. Assumed responsibility for Legal and Corporate Secretary functions in January 2013 and BSA and Compliance functions in March 2014.

Managed the national day-to-day operations of the Bank's foreclosure and real estate owned departments during period of heightened financial uncertainty and unprecedented foreclosure and REO volume. Promoted from position of Vice President in January 2009. Provided extensive and diversified advice to the Bank on numerous other corporate and litigation matters, including residential and commercial mortgage loan originations, legal and operational issues relating to servicing functions for both residential and commercial mortgage loans, regulatory matters including supervision of regulatory and fair lending audits, possible development of default servicing subsidiary, creation and operation of 1031 exchange subsidiary, and other litigation and corporate matters.
