  Lead Systems Engineer for Navy Common Data Link (CDL) programs including the next generation system (Network Tactical Common Data Link (NTCDL) and the AN/USQ-167(V) Communications Data Link System (CDLS). Support the development of Phased Array Antenna (PAA) technology and CDL systems including a CDLS variant for DDG-1000 and the Multiple-Link CDL System (MLCS). Provide system engineering support for the MH-60 support variant which is currently being planned and budgeted for. Providing security architecture design assistance focusing on the provision of communications services to multiple security enclaves. Providing Information Assurance and Certification and COMSEC/INFOSEC support for all Navy CDL programs out of SPAWAR.Serving as System Architect/Engineer for the Integrated Topside (InTop) Low-band RF Intelligent RF Distribution Resource (LowRIDR) effort. Current work includes the development of a open system architecture to enable technology insertion in support of Communications, Information Operations (IO) and Electronic Warfare resource users.
