I lead the design and research team at Clever. Clever builds tools that help K-12 schools manage and get the most out of technology. We're used by more than 65% of school districts and half of the students in the US access learning through Clever every month. My team is responsible for the user experience across all our audiences: teachers, students, district leaders and technical administrators, and parents. I was responsible for all aspects of the product experience for UsableLogin, the revolutionary cloud-based consumer authentication service, including visual design, interaction design, and user research. We announced at DEMO Fall 2008, and Usable Security Systems was acquired by Webroot in August 2010.
