Served on the Executive Leadership Team that grew assets from $3.8 billion to $7.2 billion in total assets, while building the capital position from 9.09% to 11.9% and driving the ROA from 1.38% to 1.99% during my tenure by balancing growth strategies with controlling expenses and driving efficiencies. Responsibilities included Legal, Compliance, Risk, Human Resources, Learning & Organizational Development, Facilities, Physical Security, Insurance Company, Collections, and Loan Servicing. Select accomplishments:- Managed construction of 185,000 sq. ft. headquarters such that the project was completed 3-months early and $2 million under budget.- Developed and managed the new market strategy that led to the opening of 11 new branches, including 8 in new markets.- Led the negotiations of major contracts that resulted in favorable terms and over $70 million in savings.- Built the key executive relationship that resulted in the signing of the largest select employer group in the Credit Union’s history (over 10,000 potential members).- Reimagined critical HR processes including compensation, performance management, succession planning, and learning, resulting in improved retention rates (exceeding 80%), reduced vacancy rates (2.2%), and Gallup engagement scores (70th percentile in 2023). - Expanded the Credit Union’s non-interest income generating third-party partnerships such that the collective NII for these partnerships increased by more than $1.5 million annually.- Created the Credit Union's legal department, while reimagining the compliance and risk functions.Corporate committee assignments: Asset-Liability, Product Strategy & Development, Allowance for Loan Loss, Problem Asset, Multi-Dimensional Portfolio Analysis, Branch & Facilities Strategy, Retirement Plan Fiduciary, and Compensation.

Led the start-up of a Pennsylvania Limited Winery, Brewery, and Brew Pub from vision to transition to full-time professional staff, while receiving multiple awards including “Simply the Best” winery and one of Central Pennsylvania Business Journal’s fastest growing businesses. Developed a marketing and sales strategy that resulted in profitability in year 3. Negotiated with the State Liquor Control Board to obtain approval for the first joint winery and brewery production facility in Pennsylvania.

Built a robust regional practice counseling high-net worth individuals and regulated companies in a range of complex commercial and regulatory litigation, financial and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, risk avoidance, and human resource challenges throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Generated annual revenue of nearly $1 million and 200 additional clients through development efforts such as board service, attending networking and charity events, developing referral partnerships, and providing educational seminars. Recognized as one of the top negotiators throughout the law firm with an almost 100% success rate in helping clients resolve contractual and litigation disputes.

Represented national drugstore chains through discovery in the Visa and Mastercard card interchange lawsuit with a primary focus on network bank strategies, including handling over 100 depositions of national issuing and acquiring bank executives.

Gathered, interpreted, and used data to develop actionable steps for fire department and government clients of TriData, a subsidiary of System Planning Corporation, that improved processes and optimized results.
