-Contributed to the Carytown ABC Store becoming known for its above-average customer service and for having the third highest sales in the state.-Continually lead efforts to analyze and improve store processes and inventory storage to maximize efficiency and productivity of employees, including order processing, sales floor and back room layout, customer service, etc.-Process many orders daily for licensees (bars and restaurants; over 100), many by personal request, which requires quick thinking and problem solving to keep their fulfillment running smoothly and timely while also attending to the regular walk-in customers and incoming phone calls.-Participate in monthly and quarterly inventories involving creation of inventory documents, counting the stock in the store, then reconciling the counts against the files in the system to ensure accuracy. Regularly requested to assist with inventories at my home store as well as other stores based on my speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.-Maintain extensive knowledge of all current products and quickly learn about new products which continually come into the store.

-Worked independently as well as part of a team on various aspects of maintenance and repair such as dry wall patching, lighting fixture installation, light electrical work, painting and trim work.-Apartment ‘turning’ – preparation of apartments between/before tenant occupation.-Maintained intense attention to detail while prepping for and during interior and exterior painting, repairs, and installations.
