Since leaving school at the age of 16 in 1988, I have studies part time to reach a second class honours in Chemistry.During this time I gained over 10 years experience in analytical chemistry with a specialising in mass spectrometry.This ultimately lead me into a commercial environment where I have since become and Account Manager for a leading Analytics, Informatics and consumables company , Waters Ltd with a key remit for a large major pharmaceutical company.This year (2008) I was awarded the Waters European Excellence Award for the work that I completed in 2007 ( exceeding my business objective by 58%).My goal is to prosper within this environment whilst ensuring that I can help my colleagues get the best from themselves and can prosper too. I am now looking for an opportunity to lead a team to fulfill a business objective, ensuring that myself and colleagues have had the best of their abilities utilised and their potential realised.Specialties: Business Negotiating, Understanding people, Encouraging people, providing resources to meet a business objective, Customer dedication, growing business.
