CurrentOverview: Performing a variety of technical functions associated with the collection and analysis of descriptive data relating to residential property; conducting property valuations for assessment purposes.- Utilizing computer aided appraisal programs and geographic information systems to evaluate and obtain fair property values for taxation purposes.- Conducting field audits of construction and land use sites to gather data for assessments. Verifying percentages of completion, noting property characteristics, sketching/measuring building exteriors.- Determining and computing potential full and prorated values. Processing and reviewing county appraisal forms ensuring accuracy and completeness.
