Responsible for the delivery of IT changes using a DevOps model for the Parcels (Collect+) Services business line in PayPoint and for the overall operational performance of the systems that support Parcels. The role is the ‘face of IT’ for Parcels Services, reporting directly to the Head of Retail & Banking Technology.Working closely with the Parcels business director to steer priorities for the Parcels platform and quickly address any operational concerns.
