Last assignment was working on mission data support for the US Air Force. Was formerly responsible for Configuration Management for several projects. Was involved for several years in improvement of ELSYS engineering processes through membership on the lab's Engineering Process Group, and was a Quality Assurance representative for three ELSYS software development projects. Helped develop System Under Test (SUT) interfaces and provided on-site integration and test support for a C4ISR test support tool. Has adapted Operational Flight Program for countermeasures dispenser system, written in Ada, for use with a FORTRAN GTRI air defense systems simulation model including simulation of avionics and EW interfaces. Has performed receiver analysis in support of several hardware and software upgrades to an operational RWR. Developed methodology for the assessment of emitter identification and ambiguity resolution by EW receivers. Has developed a model of the RF threat environment for use in analysis of receiver operation. Has also developed and refined other models in this area for use in developing concepts of employment of electronic combat resources, and has performed pre-test computer simulations in support of various flight test planning activities. Developed a simulation model for hydroelectric power generation at a small dam.
