Maintain records of service for 800+ students; serve as point of contact for outside organizations seeking volunteers; coordinate occasional group service opportunities for students; develop service program's educational goals; taught multiple sections of two courses: Morality and Social Justice, and Honors Ethics and Social Justice (both at the 11th grade level).

I was the staff coordinator for the H.O.P.E. (Honoring neighbor, Organizing for justice, Promoting peace, and Encountering God) alternative spring-break trips at Stonehill. Each year, about 200 students and faculty traveled to eleven sites in North and Latin America.In this capacity, I oversaw and collaborated with student leaders to conduct a 4-month orientation & reorientation program, managed a six-figure budget, ensured the proper allotment of donations and scholarships for the program, managed logistical details for all 12 trips, and assisted with other duties in campus ministry as needed.-Successfully increased a program grant from the Flatley Foundation (Braintree, MA) from $30,000 to $88,000 in two years (with assistance from College Advancement office), to completely fund all domestic trips. In 2013, we secured a $300,000 pledge over the next three years to underwrite the costs of these trips.-Began partnerships with six new community partners for new sites: *Appalachian Institute, Wheeling Jesuit University *Habitat for Humanity - St. Tammany West, Slidell, LA *Andre House, Phoenix, AZ *Operation Nehemiah, New Orleans, LA *St. Bernard's Project, New Orleans, LA *CRISPAZ (Christians for Peace in El Salvador), San Salvador, El Salvador-Collaborated with Student Activities; Intercultural Affairs; Health Services; Advancement; Center for Non-Profit Management; and Finance offices to enhance trainings for student leaders, staff leaders, and participants-Past editor for department webpage & Facebook page-College-wide Committee membership: Intercollegiate athletics; Institutional Advancement; Community Partnerships; College ad-hoc travel & Travel Advisory
