Current* 5-years’ experience designing innovative learning experiences for secondary education* Daily instruction for 150 students per day in the content areas of Science and STEM Education* Alignment of instructional materials and resources to meet the 24 grade level standards and benchmarks established by Florida’s Department of Education* Ideate, implement, and evaluate learning strategies* Construction of inclusive formative and summative assessments for all students including English Language Learners and learners with varying learning disabilities* Qualitative and quantitative analysis of student performance to improve overall learning* Utilization of the project lifecycle for the framework of Deerlake Middle School’s STEM curriculum and project-based learning modality* Development of e-learning material, including the authoring of scripts and editing of video, audio, and photo imagery using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Articulate 360* Communication of progress with all key stakeholders * Nurture inclusive relationships with students and colleagues * Contributed to policy and procedure development/initiatives as one of the 10-site elected members for the School Site Council (SSC) and Leadership Council. * Facilitated a voluntary based; bi-weekly afterschool running club for up to 50+ students
