Managed eight statewide marketing campaigns to expand the visibility of the Virginia Rent Relief Program. Support the Outreach and Engagement Grant project for managing, building connections and relationships with referral sources and subgrantees and stakeholders by promoting through outreach the Virginia Rent Relief Program (RRP) and assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials. Marketing and Outreach-Ensure all marketing needs are met by assisting and supporting communications and marketing personnel at key meetings with management-level audiences. -Develop and execute communication and outreach plan grant deliverables to subgrantees.Leadership- Manage outreach and engagement initiatives of 12 sub-grantees, including ten legal aid agencies and two HUD-approved housing counseling agencies across the state of Virginia.Project Management- Coordinates the creation and distribution of marketing collateral for subgrantees. - Prepare records and reports on the goals of the RRP project. - Receive invoices and log expenses in the project budget sheet

Participated in an eight-member team charged with connecting current and prospective students to available University resources, departments, and programs. Interviewed students and collaborated to create videos and graphics for social media platforms that generated followers and advanced the University’s social media strategy and brand. Interviewing: Conducted 50 student interviews resulting in 35 student features posted on GMU’s social media page.Ideation: Pitched five well-received social media campaigns.Campaign Management: Managed seven of the social media campaigns pitched; the focus was on alumni career success, student social justice advocacy, STEM student accomplishments, and alumni experience with a service-learning program.

Program Planning: Co-designed study abroad programs with faculty by identifying relevant courses and excursions to add to the curriculum; contacted vendors for reserving potential accommodations, transportation, meals, tours, tickets.Marketing & Event Planning: Promoted programs through flyers, social media, CCTV slides, in-class visit presentations, and special events. Expanded program outreach by collaborating with GMU departments, vendors, and affiliated universities like Bard College, NOVA Community College, Mason Korea, and the University of Fribourg.Advising: Advised students on program pre-requisites and credits earned, tracked application process, processed transcripts.
