• Create design guides incorporating collaborative student-led activities, using Moodle and Adobe Connect as the primary learning tools
• Design activities that will engage students and help them to achieve the lesson’s learning objectives
• Select and use tools and activities (e.g. video, forum, poll, quiz, peer review, etc.) appropriate to the learning outcomes
• Ensure both the activities and the content of the course are relevant to the learning objectives and ambitions of our students

• Developing working relationships within the Branch Systems and Waitrose Training team to support the delivery of new branch training
• Delivering cashier, supervisor, Lottery and Branch Stock Management training sessions for new branches, training Partners to a standard, which equips them to operate each system competently and confidently
• Achieving training aims and objectives set by the Training Coordinator
• Developing a working relationship with OSD and the Systems Implementation team to support the maintenance of all training systems
