Responsible for all training and course development at La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, Inc. I am also singularly responsible for production of a daily company wide newsletter and content for two electronic communication boards. My responsibilities also include coordinating an annual nine week Professional Development program involving outside subject.

Orlando, Florida Area

Responsible for on boarding of all team members to HGVC's three Orlando resorts. Additionally, I taught Train the Trainer classes, Harassment Free Workplace for line level and Management and was responsible for coordination and production for quarterly Town Hall meetings at each resort. These events involved high concept themes with music and dynamic Power.

Provide personal one on one interaction on behalf of the Resort to our Owners & Guests, as well as the team members. I ensure our guests experience is seamless, and create an environment where deparments and team members can work together to improve our overall rating and guest experience.

I was the first Supervisor at the Hulk Roller coaster. I was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager of the Ride/Show department at Islands of Adventure. Later moved to Assistant Manager of Park Services and then back to Attractions at the Studio. Before leaving Universal, I worked in Merchandise as an Assistant Area Manager.
