My family has been involved in the swimming pool industry for two generations. Since 1958 the Robyn family has installed over a thousand swimming pools in New Jersey.Having worked in this field almost my entire career, in 2008 I made a pivot toward introducing BioNova® Natural Swimming Pools (NSPs) to North America when I realized people would be interested in removing chemicals from their swimming pools and replacing them with nature’s filtration system. When I learned that such technology has been used in Europe for 30 years I spent a lot of time there learning about creating and installing NSPs for Americans. After installing several such pools here in New Jersey, in the Spring of 2011 we began to design the first public NSP in the United States in Minneapolis, MN, and have installed NSPs from California to Connecticut. In 2012 we won the Aqua Magazine AQUA choice award.BioNova® Natural Pools supports a network of Dealer Partners throughout North America and provides them with education and consulting support for the design, construction and maintenance of NSPs.
