Head of Safety for USACE on the 1.2 Billion Dollar BRAC Mil Con project at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Excellent knowledge of occupational safety and health standards. Completed 11 military construction projects on Aberdeen Proving Grounds and Dover Air Force Base from 2008- 2011. Conducted safety inspections to ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA 29 CFR 1910 & 1926, NFPA, and NEC. Monitor the subcontractors performance to ensure compliance with the APP. Attend all post award orientations and pre construction conferences to review the contract clauses, administrative requirements and establish the requirements for safety regulations on government construction sites. Recived and approved all safety document for safety compliance and submission. Calculated exposure hours/man hours work-related injuries/illnesses for Philadelphia district USACE. Conduct daily safety site visits and trained USACE employees in CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, Aerial Platforms and Confined Space.
