As the Buildings Supervisor for the Anthem Community Council, I ensured all of the buildings under my jurisdiction were properly maintained, serviced and operating under all required state & local permitting issuances. Responsible for the fire safety systems, intrusions alarms and climate comfort in the Civic Building, Community Center and Parks & Facilities Building. Providing a comfortable work environment for the staff and lessee in all three buildings, to include: MCSO, Daisy Mountain Veterans, Property Management Inc, and weekly usage of the Civic Buildings by various organizations. Reviewing the annual budget and determining the cost effective means for future projects. Overseeing the on-going invoices and work performance of contracted vendors. Establishing new contractors and site specific companies for various repairs to the community.

Began Career as a ticket verification agent at South Station and North Station. From that position I was reassigned to Positive Train Control for a pilot program. Upon return I was promoted to warehouseman at the Boston Engineering Terminal. I was then promoted to Signalman Trainee where I worked until I relocated to Arizona.
