I was responsible for all procedures in the construction of all Full & Partial Dentures from start to finish. I also learned and implemented all necessary procedures for constructing Duriflex® partial dentures.

As a Certified Pool / Spa Operator I was required learn the latest swimming pool types, codes, regulations, disease and accident prevention, as well as, other public pool liabilities. I understood and administrated all the required pool water testing, calculations and filter filtration maintenance necessary for supporting the appropriate, water sanitation and chemical water balance. I also developed an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of all daily water chemical readings which contained automatic calculations for monthly and yearly averages. As a result of obtaining this detailed information I was approved to develop and implement highly efficient pool maintenance shutdown schedules. I was also trained for trouble shooting and/or repairing pool equipment or water chemical balance problems and was responsible for all general swimming pool facility upkeep.

My company provided High Quality Cleaning and Maintenance Services for Homes in addition to contract cleaning for Businesses, Condominium Associations, and Real Estate Management Companies. We provided services throughout the North Shore and Chicago metropolitan area including high profile accounts such as, the Kellogg family, Marina Towers and both of the Jaguar car dealerships located in Wilmette and Lake Forest. I was responsible for all business aspects including advertising, customer service, sales, marketing, payroll, accounting, purchasing, contract writing, uniform design, equipment maintenance and repair, scheduling and fieldwork. I regulated employee relations, administered job training, crew supervision and conducted employee interviews and reviews. I always did my best to develop new and effective marketing strategies. I implemented procedures that reduced operating cost and improved quality exponentially, this ultimately lead to higher productivity and increased profitability. I continuously researched techniques, supplies and equipment finding ways to increase efficiency which lead to saving time and money at the job sites. My company also provided sidewalk & stairway snow removal for all our Condo Associations and Real Estate companies in conjunction with basic plumbing and electrical repairs. With this our clients were able to “wash their hands” when it came to most of their maintenance needs.
