I manage relationships with auction management agencies, brands and celebrities that come to eBay to raise funds for charity. I also manage internal marketing relationships to make sure any campaign I'm working on is fully supported by verticals that may be linked to that specific campaign. As a Cause Marketing Specialist I managed Giving Works relationship with our top auction management agencies to ensure their needs on eBay were addressed and managed. I handled billing, some customer support and business development. I also supported Giving Works Marketing Manager by managing some trafficking of marketing banners, vanity URL requests, management of creative assets.

I managed a book of 60 top sellers on eBay. The GMV of each account was anywhere from $200K to $4M. Responsibilities included working with sellers to find ways to grow GMV on eBay, improve listing and selling processes, improving buyer experience and compliance to eBay site policies.

I helped support eBay's Top Sellers and their Account Managers with policy questions. I also performed "deep dives" on accounts to help sellers improve on eBay.

Worked with eBay sellers to go over listing policies and why items may be removed from the site.

Provided support to the eBay community regarding Motors, Stores, and Trust & Safety concerns and issues via email.
