Launching and managing this initiative honed my skills in networking, organisation, customer service, promotion, finance, and expectation management. Despite facing numerous challenges while building the league from the ground up, my dedication and persistence ensured its success for two consecutive years.many challenges however, through hard work and persistence it ran successfully for 2 years.
