-Responsible for staffing all Broadcast Operations crew for in studio and mobile studio television programming- Train and cross train new employees in multiple control room roles-Created an internship program for college students interested in broadcast technology -Assist department employees in setting up travel accommodations for on location technician assignments -Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Engineer, Director of Operations and Executive Producer to plan for programming as well as troubleshooting potential scheduling conflicts-On occasion, help the studio and mobile crew in certain roles including, but not limited to; instant replay, video playback, graphics, robotic cameras, jib camera, ENG cameras, audio, directing/technical directing and teleprompter.-Successfully launched our Spanish programming on our Cowboy Channel + App in March 2023.
