- Policing search engines and websites for copyright, trademark and other infringements and rights violations, mostly involving Major League Baseballtelecasts and trademarks- Tracking online infringements of MLB intellectual property and coordinating with attorneys on action and response items- Under the supervision of attorneys in the department: preparation of cease and desist letters and other correspondence- Preparation of settlement agreements- General support to the Legal Department's four attorneys when needed
