Strenghten relationships between alumni and friends and the university. Protect and verify all electronic funds transfer (EFT) information, and complete nightly roll and timesheets. • Call System Support – Responsible for looking into phone call operations to ensure proper channelization.Establish technical specifications and define user requirements. Adjust calling pools based on current event and time zones, and correct call result codes.• Software Upgrades / New Implementation – Trained in four versions of RuffaloCody CampusCall. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in call center management.
