Work was done by sub-contract for two separate global clients that both used Jira to manage Agile Teams.For first client, responsible for reviving a 6 month old regression suite (containing 2,000 C# test scripts) from stagnant to execution readiness.Used cloud-based test automation platform (MS Visual Studios IDE (C#) with Selenium Webdriver, Azure DevOps for Repository and SpecFlow for Test Script Management) to execute the UI Regression Suite to build a defect set for three years of Dynamics 365 CRM custom built functionality.Used SQL Server Management Studios (SSMS) to test SSIS job migrations of over one hundred data sets from legacy Oracle Siebel CRM to Dynamics CRM on an accelerated timetable.For second client, responsible for bolstering User Interface Test Automation Framework for a custom hedge fund internal facing CRM web application (which was being transitioned to customer facing).Used test automation platform (PyCharm IDE (Python) with Selenium Webdriver, Git for Repository and MS Excel for Test Script Management) to execute UI Test Cases for Regression, with efforts to build End to End Test Automation Suite.Served as Point of Contact to transition manual testers to assist with Test Automation tasks (web element xpath and query selector collection and test case execution).

Produced Test Plans for over 40 Barclays US Infrastructure Projects that served all 10,000+ Barclays US employees. Pulled together and led 5 to 25 member testing teams to execute Test Plans as needed. 80% of time was spent on Test Management and 20% was spent on hands-on Automation Testing (through Selenium, UFT and Cucumber). Orchestrated Windows XP to Windows 7 Upgrade Test Effort that utilized 200 business testers to validate 400 applications that spanned Barclays US systems. On completion, 3,200 Barclays US employees were migrated to new laptops. This expansive test effort required SIT Testing that included participation from Barclays’ Partner Test Leads (NFL, Apple, US Air) and Barclays’ Vendor Test Leads (TSYS, AT&T, Bloomberg). Led testing effort of migration of Aprimo Marketing RM from Barclays US Data Center to Microsoft Azure Cloud. Led UAT for multiple successful deployments on enterprise wide Citrix and VMWare Storage Solution Platforms.

Served as report generator, capturing and organizing all data to make hiring decisions for whole tracks of Testing Resources as Barclays US QA Team grew from 60 QA Testers to 220 Test Engineers and System Engineers in 18 months. Quickly generated reports on request that specified Test Resources already hired and in transition of being hired. Wrote Left, Right and Union Join SQL Queries in MS SQL to return quantified data for each Test Engineer and System Engineer in Test for the applications they tested and the defect resolution rate each was able to accomplish.

Responsible for all testing for the 2012 Barclays US DR Full Application Test and the 2013 Barclays US DR Web Test. Orchestrated 50 Barclays US business testers to test 75 business critical apps through a simulation of a Data Center loss. Ran 2013 Barclays US DR Web Test from a new BCUS site that had never previously been used to run a DR Test. Synchronized the DR Test Effort with the needed outputs of Barclays US Card Platform, Infrastructure, Deposits and Mobile Teams. Modified the Test Result Report structure from point-in-time daily frequency to a web-based dynamic Test Result Report structure using MS SQL and SoapUI.

Served as an Onboarding Agent, bringing new employees up to speed and working with them as they served as QA analysts on their first projects (ensuring all test processes, Test Approach, Test Plan, Defect Identification, Defect Processing and Audit Response were done according to Barclays US standard).

Transitioned an 80 member multi-national Quality Engineer Team from using MS Word as the primary QE test management tool to using the database-structured web-enabled Test Management tool ALM QC. Served as owner of ALM QC Testing Tool and all applicable processes from 2010 to 2011. Led 5 member QE Tester Team in all testing of rebranding Deltek’s purchased social network (mySBX to GovWin). Organized the individual testing of hundreds of site pages; including page functionalities, new graphics, removed text and role inclusion and exclusion by page segment. Used Selenium Test Automation tool in speeding creation of test users. Received GovWin Rebrand Commendation from Deltek CEO Kevin Parker for service.

Tested internal new functionality projects, advertising promotions and third-party partnership projects through a custom Scrum release cycle. Led myYearbook Test Automation program. Designed and implemented a Test Automation program for myYearbook. Completed selection of the primary test automation tool (Selenium), created testing scripts for all site pages and trained all QA testers and developers in 45 days. Full-site test scripts, run daily, identified an average of 10 to 15 defects on live site per week. Served as a primary tester on new VIP Membership product which allowed myYearbook to sell virtual capital to users for a recurring monthly fee. Successful launch significantly raised myYearbook's EBITDA, resulting in positive press in Business Weekly, Mashable and TechCrunch.

Drove defect prevention for small and large software releases through all phases of the System Development Life Cycle. Conducted stage gates, document audits, lessons learned. Served as subject matter expert on Waterfall process used to bring software releases from inception to production release. Designed and implemented Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix discipline across multiple business units. Defect prevention resulted in $1.6M savings over three years. Oversaw software development process quality on Ceridian’s largest software release, HR/Payroll Latitude, a multi-national software platform. New platform is now replacing three legacy systems, greatly reducing the cost of implementation, migration, maintenance and support. Earned "High Performer" on annual review by successfully serving as QA Engineer on all quarterly releases for four products in Ceridian’s largest business unit.

Led 10 member software testing team in functional, regression and integration testing of current and legacy HR/Payroll software products. Setup custom test environments, built scenario prepared test databases. Prepared test effort status updates for Product, Program and Project Management on weekly basis. Converted testing group from writing test cases in Microsoft Word to writing test cases in Mercury Quality Center. Conversion produced direct savings of $220,000 in first year due to more efficient metrics creation and distribution. Entirety of the project team had 24/7 access to all test cases reducing communication gaps and project delays. Personally tested security of flagship product for three years. Conducted all row, column and user level security tests resulting in no Severity 1 or 2 level defects reaching customers.
