I managed data flow and reporting of marketing campaign activities, including the identification of marketing improvement opportunities. While collaborating with other team members, I helped guide client marketing strategy for a large, national building products retailer.

I led the loyalty feedback processes for our employer groups and brokers. As such, I recommended, designed, and executed ad hoc qualitative and quantitative research to provide further insights. I integrated relevant competitive landscape and related business context into all recommendations.

I was responsible for market requirement specification recommendations for new products, and worked to identify product line extension needs in light of the competitive landscape and our distinct technologies.I also created and maintained sales & marketing support tools across a range of products and services, including relevant competitive offerings.I built and managed our customer feedback process so senior management had increased visibility into unfiltered perceptions of our key stakeholders across clients.

During 18 months as a sales engineer for new business, I delivered 10+ new clients which represented more than $500K in revenue. I was also the firm’s point person leading data acquisition from 3rd party providers like D&B, Epsilon, Merit Direct, V12, and others.My client management responsibilities focused on supporting client marketing strategies by delivering statistical analysis projects, such as profiling, segmentation, predictive models, post-program measurement and other ad-hoc efforts with the assistance of my team of 4 analysts and other coworkers.
