After helping rationalize the Product Portfolio in my previous role at Deluxe, I stepped into a newly created role to lead product management for Small to Mid-Market Businesses (SMB) Payments, the primary growth engine of the company.I was responsible for the Product Portfolio to help “pay” and “get paid,” working closely with Sales, Technology, and Operations. I was also General Manager for our Deluxe Payments Exchange (DPX), where I led the P&L, Sales, Technology, and Operations.
