The purpose of my job at UPS was to supplement my income while in college and gain experience outside of working for my father's construction company--believing that if I could excel working for him, I could excel anywhere. I really enjoyed my time there overall because being a UPS'er is a mental and physical challenge. The experience and the people are great because you learn to excel through difficulty.
