Majority of the property is a luxury second home market, once owner came to their home, was responsible for client interaction and entertainment through owner events, golf outings and amenities on the property. Assisted in $5 million in sales. Maintained relationships with owners to gain referrals. Followed up with phone calls, emails and photo slide shows monthly if the home was being developed.
