CurrentLeads and manages multi-stakeholder emergency management projects, ensuring they align with accreditation, international standards, and best practices. This includes negotiating project directions and priorities, leading emergency responses, and providing expertise to senior leadership.Supports collaboration across health authorities for consistent emergency strategies, represents Health Emergency Management BC (HEMBC) on various committees, and acts as an emergency management liaison. Leads knowledge management, conducts information audits, and improves access for stakeholders. Engages in regional planning for risks, delivers emergency management education, manages project budgets, and advises health authority leadership to minimize impacts on the health system.
