Jonathan's work focuses on helping businesses defend themselves when litigation arises. This includes contract disputes, accidents, employment-related issues, defective products as well as workers' compensation. This litigation experience also affords Jonathan a unique perspective in assisting small businesses before litigation arises. This includes the drafting and negotiation of corporate or partnership agreements, employment compliance issues, vendor agreements, employment contracts to any number of issues which arise in the operation of a company in today's environment.Jonathan received his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, cum laude, in 1998. While in law school, he was a member Phi Alpha Delta and recipient of the Wright Family Law Award. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Alabama with emphasis in Public Relations and Political Science.
